TFX Racing has been helping racing enthusiasts around the world to repair, rebuild and upgrade their race cars. Our customers trust us, not only to provide them with quality parts, expertise and excellent service but to respect their privacy as well. During our existence, we have never capitalized on that trust by renting or selling our customers' names, addresses and/or personal information. This has been our policy from the start, and it continues to be our policy today, whether you shop by phone, by fax, by mail, trackside, or here at our online store.

TFX Racing does not rent, sell or trade the names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, online shopping habits or personal information of its customers. We ask for your e-mail address only if you:
1. Add an item to your shopping cart. We use e-mail addresses to identify which cart is yours and to save the contents of your cart if you are unable to complete your purchase and wish to come back later. If you do make a purchase online, we will use your e-mail address to send you an order confirmation and shipping notice for your order. You will receive no other e-mail from us unless you also...
2. Sign up for or request performance or other related tech tips, events, etc. If you request information from us, you will receive a response from us. If you would like to be removed from our e-mail mailing list, contact us via one of the methods listed above. Please provide us with your exact e-mail address and we will make sure you are removed from our active e-mail files.
We do use "cookies" to remember the year & model of the vehicle you were shopping for the last time you visited. This saves you the hassle of logging in and choosing your year & model every time you visit. If you prefer, you can set your browser to refuse to accept any cookies. This will not prevent you from using our web site; you'll just have to enter your year & model every time you shop our site.
