All TFX Racing products ship via USPS Mail, FedEx, or UPS. We also do trackside sales.
Where We Ship:
Currently, we only ship to addresses in the US and Canada. Please do not place an order if you don't meet these criteria.
All orders place on the TFX Racing website include a tracking or delivery confirmation number. The tracking number will be included with the shipping confirmation e-mail once the order has shipped.
Any shipping related damage to a product must be reported to TFX Racing within 5 business days of receiving the package. Any new, undamaged, uninstalled product may be returned within 10 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will apply to any and all returned product. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. In addition, the customer must contact TFX Racing to obtain an RA (return authorization) number before shipping the product to TFX Racing. Any returns not accompanied by an RA number are subject to the denial of a refund. A return may need to be shipped to one of our suppliers. Please contact us before returning a product so we can ensure that you receive the appropriate refund as quickly as possible.
A refund for the full purchase amount of the product, less a 20% restocking fee, will be given once the customer has completed the returns process and the item is deemed undamaged by TFX Racing. All original packaging and products must be included in the returned package(s).
All orders may be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund.
